I LOVE Netflix!

In the last two months, I've had two unfortunate events with Netflix that may have been due to user error. The first was when I thought I'd changed my address while I was away on vacation only to find The Nanny Diaries shipped to my school address instead of my parents' address. I wanted to watch that movie during my break! The second happened today. I need to watch Gandhi for school but for some reason Malcolm X (also for school) was being shipped. Eeek! But I need Gandhi now!!!, I thought.

Lucky for me, Netflix customer service is easy to get on the phone and they are so nice and fixed both problems for me right away. They didn't care whether it was my fault or their fault. All they wanted was a happy customer and they got one. I love, love, love them! If only every company's customer service was this good.
