Reenactment of a phone conversation I just had with Laura:

Laura: Have you talked to Salvador recently?
Elise: Not in a few weeks. Why?
Laura: I talked to him last week. He didn't say much. Strange since Daria was due this week.
Elise: Excuse me? Due? You mean she was pregnant.
Laura: Yeah. Wait. Didn't we talk about this? I would have thought that we had talked about this many times.
Elise: Me too. How did I not know this?
