Buy from them!

Nordstroms is the best store ever. I have thought this for many years but now I KNOW it. Today I was desperately searching for a particular holiday gift so I called the Nordstrom's 800 number, 2 Nordstroms stores, and 2 Nordstroms Rack stores. Even though it's the weekend before Christmas, each place I called had a person who answered the phone immediately. I was then transferred to the correct department where a store clerk actually went to look for what I wanted. Some people say, "So what?", but I know that this type of customer service is rare. In my short life, I have spent many hours on hold at places like Borders and Target so I know.

Sadly, none of the Nordstroms stores had what I wanted but I came out of the whole experience with one thought: If I have to spend money, I'd rather do it at Nordstroms.

P.S. If you ever want to know about a book, do not call a Borders store. Barnes and Noble has the Nordstroms'-type customer service when it comes to books.
