This makes me want to jump on a plane to L.A.
According to the New York Times article "Ceci N'est Pas Magritte, but His Outlook Is Compatibly Surreal", sixty-eight of Magritte's paintings are currently on display at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. I absolutely love Magritte and think he is one of the greatest painters ever. While I have already seen a show with many of Magritte's works, the thing that makes this particular exhibition so neat is the man you see in the picture here. That man is John Baldessari, a "popular California artist," and that man designed the exhibition. Look at those puffy little clouds on the ground. Now don't those make you want to jump on a plane to L.A. too? Totally seems worth it to me. If only I had the time.
