Making up for lost time

This weekend, I managed to cram four movies into two days. Here are my reviews:

I've been wanting to see The Motorcycle Diaries ever since it came out. The film got great reviews, is in Spanish, and stars Gael Garcia Bernal. It was so great that it made me want to change the world. Go see this movie now!

Since it didn't get good reviews, I did not expect much from The Day After Tomorrow. Still, I wanted to see it because I had heard that its take on global warming is accurate... and it has Jake Gyllenhaal in it. I quite enjoyed The Day After Tomorrow. From now on I will see all disaster movies in the theater since I seem to have an affinity for them.

Even though I like cheesy teen movies and Chad Michael Murray, A Cinderella Story is one of the worst movies I've ever seen. Whoever wrote and produced this piece of junk should really think about changing careers. Luckily, I'm not too upset because I paid nothing to see the movie. I love you, Netflix.

I bought Hotel de Love for 99 cents years ago. The movie is an Australian romantic comedy and takes place in a honeymoon hotel. My original plan this weekend was to give Hotel de Love one last viewing before giving it away, however, I enjoyed it enough to keep it. It's kind of cute and kind of quirky and the hotel's got themed rooms. I've always wanted to go to a hotel like that.
