Shame on you, Kylie Minogue

The other day I was watching music videos at the gym and Kylie Minogue's "Spinning Around" came on. For most of the video Ms. Minogue is wearing a pair of gold hot pants that show how scrumptious her figure is. But is it really? About fifteen seconds into the video, I felt as if something was a little off. Every time there was a shot of Ms. Minogue's butt in the hot pants, it was difficult to see her face. In fact, I'm pretty sure that she had a butt double for this video.

What I really want to know is why. Why on earth did the director and the stylist put Ms. Minogue in hot pants if they felt her rear wasn't up to par? She's beautiful so why didn't they dress her in something that looks good on her? Also, why are these people doing this to the women of the world? If Ms. Minogue doesn't have the perfect body then who does? Butt doubles and air-brushing, what is this world coming to?
